It was a familiar recipe for years when you entered Apeldoorn from Teuge via the Deventerstraat. First came the blue and white place name sign. A little later the authentic green-yellow of Istana Bali. But the Indonesian establishment stopped there last year on March 31 along. A month or two later it was announced that Ayf Kebap would be there. Not as a shawarma business, as in Deventer and in Apeldoorn-Zuid, but as a restaurant-cum-steakhouse.
