Responding to a Metro police call, a musician’s child is investigated for a disturbing video impulse

The son of an Indonesian musician with the initials AD visited Polda Metro Jaya this afternoon. AD was investigated regarding the suspicion Sure video who is like him.

“We have reached the investigation room of Cyber ​​​​Ditreskrimsus PMJ deputy director (5th floor of Ditreskrimum PMJ building),” said Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak to journalists, Tuesday (6/8/2024) .

Ade Safri said AD came with his father. AD is still being questioned by investigators about this matter.

“Together with his father and PH (legal advisor), Sandi Arifin. An investigation is currently being conducted about that person,” he said.

Previously, Polda Metro Jaya Head of Public Relations, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi, said AD was being questioned as a witness. Investigators will later clarify whether AD is the actor in the video or not.

“Explain to the witness if it is true that the female actor in the video is an AD witness. If it is true, when and where was the video taken and who recorded that video,” said Ade Ary , Monday (5/8).

In this case, the police have arrested men with the initials MRS (22) and JE (35) in connection with the case. Both of them are known to be distributors and traffickers in AD-like pornographic videos.

They are named as suspects and detained. For this case, the charge was brought under Article 27 paragraph (1) juncto Article 45 paragraph (1) Law No. 1 of 2024 regarding the Second Amendment of Law No. 11 of 2008 regarding ITE and/or Article 4 paragraph (1) juncto Article 29 and/or Article 7 juncto Article 33 of Law No. 44 of 2008 regarding Pornography.
