The territory resources directory
The creation of this directory, listed in five themes, responds first of all to a need to gather information for professionals in the area.
Initiated by Appui Santé en Cornouaille supported by the Regional Health Agency, this new tool co-built in partnership with multidisciplinary actors in the area, is intended to be supportive and dynamic in offering
an offer best suited to the expectations of the audiences you support.
