Resolved: Intra-bank and inter-bank life insurance management …

Hello and first of all my best wishes to all,

I left ING for another online bank.

In 2016, I took out Generalii life insurance from ING, my new bank also manages Généralii, but the transfer of management skills between these two banks seems problematic.

I no longer have an Orange Savings Account (LÉO) at ING, I only have one unsupplied joint account.

Question 1: Is it possible to transfer my life insurance management skills between these two banks?

Question 2: As the joint account is no longer funded, will I pay the 5 € monthly management fees chargeable to all ING accounts that do not have 1200 € paid monthly?

Question 3: Does having life insurance exempt me from these 5 € monthly?

Question 4: If I open an OLE to perform monthly payment and surrender transactions on life insurance, can I delete my joint account?

Question 5: What are the conditions of LEO, eg. minimum balance over a minimum time, management fees if…, since the LÉO will only serve as a bridge between my new bank and my life insurance?

Question 6: Does Généralii agree to have a bank other than ING (my contract subscription bank) to which to pay the redeemed sums?

Question 7 (additional to question 1): Does General ii agree to have a bank other than ING (my bank under which the contract is taken out) from which to receive payments, given that I have a RIB for my life insurance , is this accepted by ING, the underwriting bank?

Thank you for your attention, and sorry for this flood of questions at the beginning of the year….

cordially

Bruno
