Summary
In accordance with the provisions of section 9 of Order PCM / 188/2021, of March 2, which calls the professional aptitude assessment test for the exercise of the profession of lawyer for the year 2021, The full and alternate members of the Evaluation Commission of the aforementioned professional aptitude test are appointed, in accordance with the provisions of article 19.2 of the Regulation of Law 34/2006, of October 30, on access to the professions of Lawyer and Attorney of the Courts, approved by Royal Decree 775/2011, of June 3.
For his appointment, the provisions of article 53 of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men have been taken into account.
Depending on the number of applicants presented and the online performance of the aptitude test, a single evaluation commission is appointed in the Community of Madrid.
The members of the Evaluation Commissions may be challenged in accordance with the provisions of article 24 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.
Against this Resolution, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed within a period of two months from its publication, in accordance with the provisions of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, or Optionally and with prior character, administrative appeal for replacement within a month before the head of the department, in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
By virtue, at the proposal of the General Secretary of State Lawyers, the Council of Universities, the General Council of Spanish Lawyers, the General Council of the Judiciary and the Counselor on whom the Body of Lawyers of the Community depends of Madrid, headquarters of the evaluation test, the Evaluation Committee of the entrance exam to the exercise of the profession of lawyer for the year 2021 is appointed, which will be made up of the following members:
