Resolution 711/2023: Appointment of Evaluation Committee for Fiction and Animation Projects of Regional Feature Films

SEEN EX-2021-115133544- -APN-GCYCG#INCAA of the Registry of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CINEMA AND AUDIOVISUAL ARTS, Law No. 17,741 (to 2001) and its amendments, Decrees No. 1536 dated August 20, 2002 and No. 178 dated April 3, 2023 and INCAA Resolutions No. 1 dated January 2, 2017 and its amendments, No. 65 dated January 12, 2017, No. 1506-E dated December 6, 2021, No. 232-E dated February 23, 2022, and;

CONSIDERING:

That Law No. 17,741 (to 2001) and its amendments in its article 1 puts in charge of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CINEMA AND AUDIOVISUAL ARTS the promotion and regulation of cinematographic activity in the territory of the Argentine Republic and of national cinematographic activity abroad, assigning it the power to grant subsidies to national film production, as well as to adopt other promotion measures according to the particular needs of the different types of productions.

That, for these purposes, the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FILM AND AUDIOVISUAL ARTS issued INCAA Resolutions No. 1/2017, approving the GENERAL DEVELOPMENT REGIME, and No. 65/2017 approving the REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT REGIME.

That by Resolution No. 232-E/2022, the EVALUATION COMMITTEE FOR FICTION AND ANIMATION PROJECTS OF REGIONAL FEATURE FILMS was created, which will be made up of FIVE (5) members, having the following composition: A PRODUCER, A DIRECTOR, A SCREENWRITER , AN ACTOR and A FILM TECHNICIAN, with the appropriate track record and experience, also incumbent for its composition, gender parity and representation of all regions.

That the aforementioned COMMITTEE will meet and evaluate the assigned projects, and the term of office of its members will be for a term of SIX (6) months.

That in the cases of Animation films, the COMMITTEE will be joined by the integration of ONE (1) producer with a background in national animation films; and also, when a fiction or animation project is intended for children, ONE (1) Graduate in Educational Psychology or Graduate in Psychology specializing in childhood, and ONE (1) producer with a background in national films will be added to the other members. intended for children.

That by means of the Minutes identified as IF-2023-56372487-APN-SGPA#INCAA, dated May 4, 2023, the ADVISORY COUNCIL UNANIMOUSLY agrees to designate the following members for the EVALUATION COMMITTEE OF FICTION AND ANIMATION PROJECTS OF FEATURE FILMS REGIONAL N° 3: Cristina RASCHIA, (DNI: 10,779,485) from CUYO; Paula Verónica RODRÍGUEZ, (DNI: 31.341.113) from NEA; Rodrigo MOSCOSO, (DNI: 23.437.804) from NOA; Luis Maria REY, (DNI: 14,727,840) from PATAGONIA; and Ana Lucia FRAU, (DNI: 32.808.144) from CENTRO.

That the General Management, the Audiovisual Production Management Sub-management and the Legal Affairs Management have taken the intervention that is their responsibility.

That the power to issue this Resolution arises from Law 17,741 (to 2001) and its amendments and Decrees No. 1536/2002 and No. 178/2023.

Thus,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CINEMA AND AUDIOVISUAL ARTS

RESOLVES:

ARTICLE 1.- Designate the EVALUATION COMMITTEE FOR FICTION AND ANIMATION PROJECTS OF REGIONAL FEATURE FILMS N° 3, which will be made up of the following members: Cristina RASCHIA, (DNI: 10.779.485) from CUYO; Paula Verónica RODRÍGUEZ, (DNI: 31.341.113) from NEA; Rodrigo MOSCOSO, (DNI: 23.437.804) from NOA; Luis Maria REY, (DNI: 14,727,840) from PATAGONIA; and Ana Lucia FRAU, (DNI: 32.808.144) from CENTRO.

ARTICLE 2.- To determine that the members designated in the preceding article will cease their functions after SIX (6) months, counted from the date stipulated in the contract, which will be signed in a timely manner, fulfilling functions of technical advice, without a relationship of dependency with the Institute, under the modality of contract for the location of work.

ARTICLE 3.- Establish that this Resolution shall enter into force upon its publication in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC.

ARTICLE 4.- Register, communicate, publish, give to the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRY and archive.
