“Here the neighbors and the opposition asked that the 534 people who are not going to be charged anything, this is a loan where the executive’s indebtedness is needed, because the truth is that it is an effort by the mayor to solve this problem, where nothing is charged to 534 people who have already made the effort a few years ago”, he assured.
