Prostitution and drug use threaten the safety of a park near Al Morakab market in Nador. Used needles are regularly found in the park, raising concerns about an increase in HIV cases in the region. Children from the neighborhood are especially at risk when they walk through the park.
Faced with this situation, the residents of Nador are calling on the authorities to take action, reports Nadorcity. They demand that the city council and police intervene to address this problem, particularly to reduce the risk of needle stick injuries. Used needles can transmit serious diseases, and children can accidentally come into contact with them.
