news-id-117571" style="display:inline;">The pre-New Year days in the village of Kamysty, Kostanay region, are special this year. The district leadership initiated an action called “Kys-2024”, designed to symbolically mark the onset of the New Year. Kamyst residents want to bring an army of snowmen – 2024 pieces – to the stadium territory.
The organizers are confident that such mass creativity will not only give residents and guests of the area incredibly warm and joyful moments, but will also be included in the Guinness Book of Records. Today the Chinese are ahead of everyone else – 1,700 snowmen. It is worth noting that the Kamysty residents aim not only to set a record, but also to show what amazing events can happen in small corners of our world.
The villagers have already made more than 300 snowmen. Each with its own unique appearance and character. Anyone can take part in the action.
