Quarantine restrictions returned to the island

Over the past few days, 13 cases of coronavirus infection have been identified in Greenland.

Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, the Greenlandic authorities decided to return the mask mode to the entire autonomous territory. This was announced on Tuesday, July 13 by the TV and radio company. KNR.

For example, on the island, it is again necessary to wear protective masks in shops, public transport and taxis, on board aircraft and on ships, as well as in other public places.

In addition, stores will only be able to receive half of the usual number of visitors.

Restaurants were obliged to admit no more than 20 people. The same restriction on the number of visitors will apply to churches.

These measures will be in effect until July 16, however, local authorities do not exclude that they will then be extended.

Recall the Ministry of Health Israel has tightened quarantine requirements for tourists. From now on, all visitors, without exception, are required to self-isolate upon arrival in the country.
