FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA — The State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) stated that residents in Central Java received the most compensation for land acquisition for state projects. As for the value, it reached Rp 2.9 trillion.
“As of August 25, Central Java was the largest recipient of compensation in the amount of IDR 2.9 trillion,” said Director of Land Procurement and Funding at LMAN Qoswara in a Media Briefing at his office, Monday (28/8).
Qoswara considered it reasonable that the realization of compensation in Central Java was the largest. This is because in recent years the province has built many state projects.
Such as the construction of the Jogjakarta-Bawen Toll Road, the Solo-Jogakarta-Kulonprogo Toll Road, and the Semarang-Demak Toll Road.
“Naturally, if we look at Bawen is the Central Java region, Solo to Klaten is the Central Java region. Then Semarang-Demak is Central Java, only a few. That’s why Central Java is Rp. 2.94 trillion,” he explained.
Furthermore, Qoswara said that the second province whose residents received the most profit compensation was West Java with a total of IDR 2.33 trillion.
According to him, the realization of compensation for land acquisition was obtained because in the West Java region there are a number of state projects that are being built. Such as the Cipanas Dam, the Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu (Becakayu) Toll Road, and the South Jakarta-Cikampek II Toll Road.
“Then, West Java is Rp. 2.33 trillion, maybe the project here is the Cipanas Dam, the big one is probably the Bekasi and Cikampek Toll Roads,” he continued. (jpg/dawn)
