Advice on the risk of lahars and ash
Conrad warns of the rain forecast for the afternoon and evening, which could generate the descent of lahars in the volcanic chain.
With this situation, the Secretariat of the Government of Conrad recommends that the population does not cross or stay near the gullies or channels of the volcano when the lahar descends. Likewise, it is recommended to cover the water tanks and use a mask to protect yourself from falling ash. [Tomado de AGN]
