Compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year, the price increase is even 4.8 percent, as the Federal Statistical Office (BFS) announced on Tuesday. The price development for condominiums (+0.5%), but especially the increase in single-family houses (+2.0%) contributed to the increase in the overall index compared to the previous quarter.
