Al-Marsad Newspaper: Residential lands in Arid neighborhood in Riyadh recorded a decline in the average price per square meter, by more than 13% during the fourth quarter of 2022.
According to the real estate indicators of the Ministry of Justice, the average price per square metre, in the first quarter of last year, was 707 riyals, with 1,043 deals.
In the second quarter of 2022, the average price per meter of residential land in a wide neighborhood was 849 riyals, with a number of deals reaching 782 deals.
The average price per square meter in the third quarter was 787 riyals, and the total number of deals reached 477 deals.
The price per square meter decreased in the fourth quarter of 2022, to record 683 riyals, compared to 483 deals.
