Rotterdam was startled last night by two residential attacks: one in the Oude Noorden and one in Crooswijk. An explosion was heard around 04:15 at the entrance of a portico flat on Boezemstaat in Crooswijk. Next to the damaged entrance door, ‘Payments’ was sprayed with graffiti and a clock was drawn, just like earlier this week at a portico flat on Willem Ruyslaan in Kralingen.
