OUTPOST – A resident of the municipality of Achtkarspelen won a prize of 201,326.50 euros in the Eurojackpot on Tuesday. The winning numbers this time were: 39 – 20 – 42 – 14 – 18, with the bonus numbers: 9 – 6. The winner got the five numbers right, as did two players from other European countries.
In order to be able to pay out the cash prize, the Dutch Lottery – of which Eurojackpot is part – calls on the lucky winner to register. It concerns a gross price, from which 29.5 percent gambling tax is withheld.
Jackpot not won
The jackpot (five numbers and two bonus numbers correct) of 20 million euros did not fall this week. As a result, all players have a chance to win a jackpot of an expected 28 million euros this Friday.
Prize winners remain anonymous
Eurojackpot puts the best interests of winners first and therefore does not disclose the details of the prize winner. The game is played in eighteen European countries. The draw takes place every Tuesday and Friday evening, with a jackpot that can reach up to 120 million euros.
