The residence has 70 places, most of them for seniors without financial resources who are waiting for a public place of residence and older people who cannot access a public place due to having a low rating, lack of documentation, etc., but who need a residential place because they are in a situation of social risk or They lack family support.
87% of the people in the residence are over 80 years of age and reach up to 106. Currently, due to the pandemic situation, not all the places are occupied, having reserve places in case a new outbreak occurs, to be able to isolate the infected people.
We are currently working to develop a care system that is even more focused on people, with measures to facilitate autonomy, adaptation of spaces, and renovations for the comfort of residents and staff who work there.
