The Ministry of Housing, which is represented by the city authorities, has started selling brochures of conditions for the reservation of 1,645 different housing units in 8 new cities, with areas between 55 and 161 square meters, and offers easy payment systems for the immediate reservation of brochures continuing until the next October 28.
Cities where units are available:
10th of Ramadan: 255 units with areas between 63 and 105 square meters, with the price per square meter recorded at 7,100 pounds, while prices were between 460,000 and 720,000 pounds.
October 6: 137 units with areas between 55 and 90 square meters, the price per square meter was recorded at 8,210 pounds, and the 90-meter apartment was recorded at 768 thousand pounds.
New Mansoura: 878 units in the Jannah project, with areas between 100 and 150 square meters, at prices between 1,400,000 and 1,700,000 pounds.
Obour: 5 units with areas between 75 and 104 meters.
New Salhiya: 8 units with areas between 65 and 161 square meters.
New Mallawi: 240 units in the Jannah project, with areas between 100 and 161 square meters.
New Burj Al Arab: 8 units with areas between 79 and 140 square meters
New Rashid: 114 units with areas between 90 and 93 square meters
How units are allocated:
Units are allocated by a manual public lottery system after the end of the reservation period.
Payment method for the units:
Paying a reservation deposit according to the type of project mentioned in the terms and conditions booklet, then final payment of 10% of the total price of the unit plus 1% administrative costs and 0.5% for the benefit of the Board of Trustees within two months of notification of the allocation.
Pay55% 5% as a maintenance deposit when you contract and before you receive the unit.
Payment of 5% of the total price of the unit upon receipt, with the rest of the amount being paid in equal quarterly installments for a period of 3, 5, 7 or 10 years with interest equal to the interest rate announced by the Central Bank of Egypt. at the time of the offer, plus 2% and 0.5% charges.
The first installment is due 3 months after receipt of the unit, with post-dated checks sent for installments prior to receipt.
