Research Study: Digital Marketing and Branding Relationship Among Satellite Television Service Clients – Miraflores, 2021

Abstract

The main objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between digital marketing and branding in clients of a satellite television service company Miraflores, 2021. The research developed was basic and had a quantitative approach. The level was correlational and the design was non-experimental, cross-sectional. The population was 103 clients and the sample was 82 clients who go to the satellite television service company, the sampling was simple random. The technique used to collect data was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. After data collection, it was concluded that there is a direct relationship to a moderate positive degree between digital marketing and branding, which is verified with the significance level of 0.00<0.05 and the correlation coefficient of Spearman of 0.588, likewise, the descriptive results showed that digital marketing is at a medium level at 45.1%. Likewise, branding is at a medium level, at 62.2%.
