- Independent performance of flow cytometry and ELISA experiments
- Cell culture work (culture of cell lines, human primary cells, isolation of PBMC)
- Development and optimization of cellular and molecular assays
- Management of general laboratory logistics and maintenance
- Depending on your academic background and skills, own research project responsibilities conceivable
- Diploma as Biology Laboratory Technician OR Master or PhD degree in life science / medicine
- Profound experience in flow cytometry, ELISA and cell culture work
- Command of sterile working techniques
- Good organizational skills, good manners and work ethic (reliable, attention to details, independent)
- Enthusiasm for working in a scientific laboratory
- Fluent in English and/or German
- Willingness to work irregular hours (as requested by working with biological samples)
- Strong social and team skills
- Chance to contribute to interesting projects in translational skin immunology
- Versatile job within translational research group in the fields of immunology and dermatology
