The faculty invests a significant part of its resources in the three main areas of focus: “Money and Finance”, “Energy and Environment” and “Economic Policy”. Behind and alongside these main areas, however, lies a wide variety of research fieldsin which all members of our faculty are active and which they also bring into teaching (and supervision of master’s theses). This is exactly what we want to illustrate here.
The members of the Faculty of Economics combine Business, Economics and Methods to answer specific questions. In teaching and research, they often contribute to several research fields.
On this page, the professors of the faculty, followed by the active emeriti, the titular professors and the associated and recurring guest professors (including university affiliation) are assigned to individual research fields.
Although in every research field all three circles (business, economics and methods) are fundamentally effective, the color highlighting for each research field indicates a certain weighting among the three circles.
