Rescue swimmer’s body in Hyde Park – NBC New England

Search and rescue teams from the Massachusetts State Police and the Boston Police and Fire departments recovered the body of a 19-year-old swimmer, who was reported missing after several hours of work, on Thursday, state police said.

The state police shared on their Twitter account that at 5:45 p.m. local time this Thursday, crews flocked to Turtle Pond after receiving a tip about a person who apparently submerged and never surfaced again.

The dive teams of the corporation and the air division participated in the search operation.
