AMOUNT TO FINANCE
Up to $150,000.00
INTEREST RATE (Annual, fixed)
- 0% purchases in businesses domiciled in the Department of Maipú that issue the corresponding invoices.
- 7% purchases outside the Department of Maipú that issue the corresponding invoices.
LOAN REIMBURSEMENT
The capital will be amortized in monthly and consecutive installments. The amortization of the financing may in no case exceed the maximum term of 12 months for the repayment of the credit. In case of delay with the payment of any installment, you must request the liquidation of said interests, or the total to be paid if you want the early cancellation to Mendoza Fiduciaria. Delay time for credit delivery approximately 30 to 45 business days from the total receipt of the documentation.
SURRENDER
The applicant will have 30 calendar days from the monetization of the credit to present the purchase invoices (official or invoice ticket), corresponding to the amount granted and according to budgets presented. They must be in the name of the
applicant. After the surrender period, you will receive a visit to carry out an audit that consists of verifying the purchases made. Those who, within the stipulated period, have not presented the purchase invoices in conditions, will be charged a fine to the beneficiary equivalent to three SMVM (Minimum Vital and Mobile Salary), current value to date.
REQUESTER
- Photocopy of 2 sides of ID
- Photocopy of a tax or service (With real address).
- Be up to date or carry out a payment plan for Fees and Municipal Services and/or Commerce.
- The credit is delivered by bank transfer: Whoever requests it must have a bank account in their name and present: Photocopy of CBU (Uniform Bank Code).
- Formal budget (minimum requirement: containing company letterhead and/or seal and signature of a representative) of the monitoring system with cameras and alarms, all components and accessories, for the amount requested, at least one. In the case of purchase by Mercado Libre, a screen print showing the product and price is accepted.
- Form “A” (Request a line of credit technician when the other documentation is complete).
In the same forms, you will sign confirming that you have understood and understood the conditions and requirements of the Credit Line to which you are applying, being entirely under your responsibility the breach of any of them.
The following cannot be credit applicants: Employees of the Maipú municipality, nor members of their family group (father, mother, spouse, children).
GUARANTEE
- I will pay in the name of the credit taker.
