Requirements for a mortgage – Futur Finances

Hi, I’m Iván and I live in Ibiza. The fact is that for seven months I have been working in a workshop (I am a mechanic), and they have already told me that they will fix me soon. Since I’m living in a shared apartment and we pay a lot, I’m thinking of buying something, I don’t care if it’s not very big. Do you know what minimum requirements they ask you for the mortgage? Is it better to wait for them to fix me or how you see it? For what it’s worth, now I’m charging about € 1,200 and as soon as they make me fix I will start charging almost 1,400, or so I’ve been told.
