There are whispers about replaceable analog levers, shutter stops and more.

Game journalist and comedian Tom Henderson is back with new rumors, and this time they’re about hardware. In an article on Tryhardguides he writes that Sony is working on a professional control that is believed to go under the working name “Hunt”. And not only that, because other sources state that Sony plans to unveil new hardware (which is not a console) by the end of the month, which could include this check.
The control should have a lot of interesting features, including detachable analog levers, stops for the shutter buttons and paddle buttons on the back. Henderson also claims to have seen pictures on an alleged prototype, but unfortunately with the condition that these pictures are not published.
The control is said to maintain the Playstation 5 style, but with the possibility of removing the analogue levers and their components, for example, possibly to be able to squeeze in there own variants or versions from third-party manufacturers. It also sounds handy if you suffer from the hateful phenomenon of “stick operation”, because then you would not have to buy a completely new control. The control must also have grips that make it easier to hold, which can also be removed if desired.
All this is just rumors, so take it with a pinch of salt. However, a little more lavish and customizable controls have become fashionable in recent years, so it is not entirely far-fetched that Sony also wants to offer something for that market.
