The leader of the Republicans in the House of Representatives, Kevin McCarthy, has expressed that he will not grieve if Liz Cheney is fired from her leadership position, Aftenposten could report yesterday.
Cheney is today the third highest-ranking Republican in the House. Today, the party’s deputy leader Steve Scalise gave his support to her supposed biggest rival, Elise Stefanik.
