Republican leader calls QAnon congressman ‘cancerous growth’ for the party

She certainly stands out, 46-year-old Marjorie Taylor Greene. She has served in the United States House of Representatives on behalf of the state of Georgia since the last election. There was a lot to do about that in advance. Greene is often in the news with infamous statements and spreads all kinds of conspiracy theories.

QAnon-supporter

Just to point out, according to Greene, the attacks of September 11, 2001 did not affect a plane in the Pentagon. The Clintons are responsible for the death of former President Kennedy’s son and school shootings are being staged.

Much ado is about one video which shows that she wants to confront a victim of a ‘school shooting’, David Hogg, with that fact. When he walked away he was called a coward, but moments later Hogg responded. This can be seen in the excerpt below:

She sympathizes with the infamous QAnon movement and is convinced that not President Biden, but Donald Trump won the previous elections. She refused to condemn the storming of the Capitol. On Biden’s first day as president, Greene therefore filed a motion to impeach him.

‘Executing Democratic leaders’

But there is now a lot to do about the disclosure from CNN that would have encouraged Greene to kill Democratic leaders in 2018 and 2019, before taking a seat in Congress. She also liked posts calling for the murder of Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

According to McConnell, the leader of the Republicans, Greene doesn’t live in reality with statements like this. He condemns the Republican Congressman, putting Greene’s position in serious jeopardy.

Deposition proceedings

The Democrats are completely done with Greene. Congressman Jimmy Gomez has proposed expelling her from Congress. A congressman can actually be expelled from Congress by colleagues. This requires a two-thirds majority of the votes.

At first that didn’t seem feasible because the Republicans did not see it, but after McConnell’s statements, things now seem to be different. Deportation of a congressman has happened only five times before, the last time in 2002. In almost all cases, the impeachment involved corruption.

Greene: ‘Weak Republicans’

In an initial response, Congressman Greene said that weak Republicans who only know how to lose properly are the real cancer of the party. She does not reconsider her statements or actions and argues that her colleagues’ behavior is the cause of the Republicans losing the country.
