The Ambassador of the Republic of Mali to Canada is pleased to inform you of the holding of the General Meeting of Education in Canada. This major event will be held virtually via Zoom on Saturday January 13 and Sunday January 14, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Under the leadership of the Minister of Education, these States General aim to provide a space for exchange and reflection dedicated to the overhaul of our education system. The objective is to actively contribute to the formulation of precise guidelines for the overhaul of the Malian education system in line with cultural values and meeting the socio-economic development needs of the country.

You can make your contributions to the States General of Education in Canada by sending them directly to the embassy email address at: [email protected] before January 10, 2024.
These consultations will mobilize all national actors and those from the diaspora concerned by education, in particular, administrative, political and customary authorities, and civil society organizations.
The conclusions and recommendations of these general meetings will serve as a roadmap for future actions in favor of Malian education.
We strongly encourage the active participation of all those concerned to enrich these debates and together shape the future of Malian education.
