In Oslo, police report that they received many complaints of drunk minors during the evening.
– There is everything from house parties with heavily drunk young people to young people vandalizing the streets.
Operations director Rune Hekkelstrand in the Oslo police district says the party’s chaos is likely due to the fact that this is the Saturday before Halloween.
– There are more questions about drunk young people than usual on Saturday nights, he says.
Several hundred young people line the streets of Bærum
Police put an end to a series of house parties that got out of hand; as to an address in Bærum. According to the police, this has led to “several hundred young people wandering around”
– We have received reports that they are overturning garbage cans and causing riots in the streets, says Hekkelstrand.
The police are urging parents who have young people in the area to take them home.
Oslo police also responded to a youth disturbance on Grünerløkka in the early 1990s.
– We have received reports of dozens of young people who overturned garbage cans and threw themselves on the hoods of parked cars. When we got to the scene, people ran in all directions, says Hekkelstrand.
All-out call to Bergen
It was in Bergen major emergency call – with police, firefighters and ambulance after a series of emergency calls for a loud bang on Fanafjellet.
After some time it turned out that the bang was a mighty firework from a party at a community center in the area.
Also in Mandal, the police had to put an end to a party that got out of hand over the Halloween weekend.
– There are several drunk minors on the premises and not all of them are under control. The party is ending and parents are encouraged to contact their youngsters and take them home safely, Agder police tweeted.

A little over fifteen minutes later, they report another interrupted party in Randaberg with many underage, drunk youngsters.
The Southeast Police District has disrupted a party with around 100 attendees in Holmestrand.
They also moved following a report of unrest in a church in Skien:
– There will be a party that got out of control – and smaller groups that fought, writes the Sør-East police district and continues:
– Parents are coming – and MORE parents are required – to manage their hopes – and bring them home.
Shortly after 11:30 pm, Southeastern police report receiving a call from a “desperate bar owner” in Porsgrunn.
– Here a drunk lady urinated at the bar, they tweet.
The police: the young people were missing in Hillevåg
– A party in Hillevåg has completely gotten out of hand, Sør-Vest police tweeted. There must have been some young people scattered outside the house.
– When the police started clearing the scene, someone enjoyed smashing the mirror of the police car and denting the hood, writes the chief of operations in Sør-Vest.
Shortly thereafter, a 20-year-old man was taken to the hospital for injuries. He pleaded guilty and the party is over. Hillevåg is located in the Stavanger area.
