Barcelona is preparing to make an offer to Inter Milan, this January, in order to conclude a reciprocal deal between the two clubs during the current winter transfer period to support the Catalan team, and it is believed that the player Frank Casey will enter into that deal for the arrival of Brozovic.

The report added that Barcelona is first seeking to know Casey’s opinion, as well as Brozovic’s, before making an official offer.
Gerard Romero, an expert on the transfer market in Italy, had previously announced Barcelona’s desire to conclude that deal, but at the time there was no movement from the two clubs.
Brozovic’s contract with Inter extends until 2026, the same period as Casey’s contract with Barcelona.
It is worth noting that Inter tried to sign Casey last summer, before moving to Barcelona, but the player preferred to move to the Catalan team.
Brozovic joined Inter on a one-and-a-half-year loan deal from Dinamo Zagreb in January 2015, with a conditional buy-out clause, and since then the 29-year-old has become an integral part of Inter’s success, playing a key role under Antonio Conte. The Nerazzurri ended a 10-year wait for the Serie A championship last season.
