In addition, the forum also has a new executive board. From 2021 it will consist of Elia Blülle (Republic), Samantha Zaugg (free) and Conradin Zellweger (NZZ). The forum thanks the two departing board members Julian Schmidli (SRF) and Anja Burri (NZZ am Sonntag) for their years of commitment and is pleased that they will continue to be members of the association.
In 2020 the classic forum was canceled due to the pandemic. Instead, the organization team held digital corona sessions at which journalists discussed the effects of the pandemic on the media industry and reporting. If the pandemic situation allows, the Reporters’ Forum will again take place in Zurich’s Volkshaus in 2021. Details will be announced later this year. However, the organization team would be happy if all journalists reserve October 1st, 2021. The reporter forum’s award and scholarship will also be awarded again this year.
