BANGKAPOS.COM, BANGKA — The police managed to arrest one person suspected of being the perpetrator of the murder of Hafizah (8), Tuesday (14/3/2023) at around 23.00 WIB.
One person suspected of being the perpetrator was arrested in an oil palm plantation housing in West Bangka Regency.
The exact location cannot be known yet, because the police are still in the stage of interrogating a man who is suspected of being the perpetrator.
Previously, a photo of a young man suspected of being the suspect in Hafiza’s murder had circulated. The photo shows a young boy wearing a red shirt.
The photo was widely circulated on social networks and social media. However, Bangka Pos has not posted the photo because it has not been verified by the authorities.
In addition to the photo, Bangka Pos also received a report addressed to the Head of the Bangka Belitung Police regarding the chronology of the arrest of the Hafiza killer.

Meanwhile, Edi Purwanto (39), Hafizah’s father, when contacted by bangkapos.com, Wednesday (15/3/2023) has not been able to provide more detailed information regarding the arrest of the suspected perpetrator of Hafizah’s murder.
However, Edi admits that his condition is currently in good health and fine.
“Alhamdulillah healthy,” said Edi.
When asked about the arrest of the alleged perpetrator, who is now being held at the West Bangka Police Station, Edi admitted that he had not received any information from the police.
Until then, he did not know the motive of the perpetrator who dared to kill Hafizah in a despicable way.
“I’m sorry, sir, I can’t give a statement because the police haven’t provided any information regarding the arrest of the perpetrators,” he said.
Edi continued, he would provide information after the perpetrators were all caught.
