The Education Inspectorate may publish the report on the Gomarus College in Gorinchem without amendment. Reformed school students are being forced to confess their homosexuality to their parents, the report said.
The Gomarus College found that the report misrepresented and went to court to stop the publication. The school wants certain passages to be adjusted. The judge does not have to.
In summary proceedings brought by the school, it became clear that Gomarus does not meet the obligation to offer LGBTI pupils a safe environment.
