Report – Ex Inter Milan Captain Agrees To Join Juventus Amid Paris Saint-Germain Struggles

Former Inter Milan captain Milan Skriniar has reportedly agreed to join Juventus after falling out of favor at Paris Saint-Germain.

According to French news outlet FootMercato via FCInterNewsthe 29-year-old has ‘said yes’ to the record-time Italian champions.

Milan Skriniar ended his six-year association with Inter in the summer of 2023.

Despite the club’s best effort to tie him down to a new contract, the Slovakia international decided to leave.

PSG completed their long-standing interest in the center-back, luring him to France after seven years in Serie A.

However, things haven’t gone well for Skriniar at the Parc des Princes.

Indeed, he was in and out of Luis Enrique’s starting line-up in his maiden season in Paris.

But everything has gone south this term. Skriniar has only featured five times for Les Parisiens in Ligue 1 in 2024/25.

Furthermore, he has yet to play for them in the UEFA Champions League.

Therefore, he is desperate to leave PSG.

Former Inter Milan Defender Milan Skriniar Agrees to Join Juventus

With Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal injured, Juventus are in the market for a new top-class defender.

Indeed, the former will likely miss the remainder of the season with a nasty knee problem.

Meanwhile, Thiago Motta cannot afford to sit out the January transfer window.

Juventus must replace Bremer, and they’ve identified Skriniar as a perfect alternative.

Boasting a vast Serie A experience, he was one of Europe’s most highly-rated defenders during his stint in Italy.

As such, it’s only natural to assume he’s eager to return to his old stomping ground.

However, joining Juventus after captaining Inter would be a betrayal of epic proportions.

That doesn’t faze Skriniar, who remains keen to get his faltering career back on track.

Still, Juventus must convince PSG to sell their unsettled star.

With Skriniar’s contract running out in 2028, the French giants are seeking a substantial price tag to sanction the transfer.
