BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, KOMPAS.com – A teenager 15 year old male at English having an affair with someone guru who is married, Kandice Barber (35), and claims to have have sex for three times.
In court proceedings, the boy admitted that he did this to attract the attention of his ex-girlfriend Daily Mail, Thursday (3/8/2020).
The incident was the strongest in court and made the teacher charged with three counts. Barber Denys three charges against him.
Prosecutors informed the jury that Barber was likely pregnant with the teenager.
British law (UU) does not permit, even criminalizes, any sexual activity between a teacher and a child under the age of 18.

Even if they are in a consensual relationship.
The court heard evidence from a witness who was a close friend of the teenage boy.
The witness said he had seen the message from the female teacher.
“First I didn’t believe it at all, then I started seeing videos and messages and all that,” said the witness.
Nadia Chbat, a lawyer defending Barber, accused the teenage boy who was also a reporter of having reasoned that he was interviewed by the police in January 2019 to be able to start a conversation with his ex-girlfriend.

The two lovebirds reportedly broke off their relationship in October 2018 after dating for years.
The court heard how the boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had shown his ex-girlfriend a shirtless picture of Barber.
The image he presented as ‘proof’ when the two spoke in January last year about their teacher at Facetime, and their ex girlfriend whistleblower advised him to go to the police.
In the transcript of the text read to the court, ex-lover the teenager said to him and accused Barber of being a pedophile.
“If he approaches our friend, I want you to tell me. No joke, he’s a pedophile. By the way, people are starting to find out about you and Mrs Barber now, “the teenage boy’s ex-girlfriend said in a transcript read out in court.

After speaking with his principal about rumors of an affair at Princes Risborough School in Buckinghamshire, England, the teenage boy told his ex-girlfriend he had conducted an interview with the police.
While double-checking the boy, Chbat asked if the teenage boy had really been interviewed by the police.
“Can you help us, why did you mislead your ex-boyfriend at the end of January about this?” asked Chbat.
Youth the man then replied that if he doesn’t follow his ex-girlfriend’s advice, then he will be angry with him.
“He’s going to stop talking to you, right?” So you did it to get his attention, didn’t you? He must be worried about you, “Chbat responded.

Chbat added that at Januati 2019, no one believed the rumors of the teenager’s affair with Barber. That’s why the boy showed his ex-girlfriend a nude photo of Barber.
“Is it the same for your other friends who won’t believe you until you show them Mrs Barber’s picture?” asked Chbat.
Chbat then accused the boy of being obsessed with Barber and announced to his friends that he and Barber were making intimate calls on Snapchat.
“You told your friends that you messaged the teacher and they didn’t trust you, right?” asked Chbat again.

Chbat then said the boy hacked into Barber’s Snapchat account and downloaded a photo of Barber. After that it was disseminated so that people would believe the boy.
The young man rejected Chbat’s statement. Other children at the school are expected to be called as direct witnesses on the third day of the conference.
