Repatriation of Dutch Nationals from War-Torn Country: Updates, Flights, and Information

In the past week, approximately 550 Dutch people and 50 people from other countries have been picked up from the country at war. These are all people who have registered with the Foreign Affairs information service. New registrations are still coming in here. About 110 Dutch people arrived in Eindhoven on Friday evening.

The aircraft belongs to the Multirole Tanker Transport (MRTT) Unit and is normally used, among other things, to refuel other aircraft in the air.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs hopes to conduct another repatriation flight for Dutch nationals in Israel on Sunday. The ministry also points out a German-operated commercial flight that will depart tomorrow at 4:30 PM local time from Aqaba in Jordan to Frankfurt.
