She also pointed out that the Judicial Council must be honest when forming the shortlists, because it cannot be the case that applicants have to rely on the “famous drawing card” and not on their academic merits.
The lawyer César Emilio Diesel Marín was elected by seven of the eight members of the Judicial Council (CM) as a member of the shortlist for the Court of Auditors, Second Chamber, in the capital.
The shortlist was completed by José Miguel Villalba Báez (judge), 550 points (4th place) and María Belén Agüero Cabrera (judge), 511.6 points (8th place). César Emilio Diesel Marín, 421.3 points (19th place), according to the data.
