Loutraki Casino proceeded with the repayment of the advance payment of 28 million euros provided for by the ratified Resolution Agreement.
The amount is attributed to the Entities of the wider Public Sector and in particular, to the advance payment of 8 million euros to the Greek State and 20 million euros to e-EFKA.
The above amount was paid entirely from the equity of the international Group “Comer Group International” (94% shareholder since the summer of 2020) of the company – Member of the Consortium “CLUB HOTEL LOUTRAKI CASINO TOURIST AND HOTEL ENTERPRISES SA”.
From now on, the company, with the invaluable help of its employees and the valuable support of its customers, continues its operation with a double goal – purpose: on the one hand to maintain and continue the provision of high-level services and on the other hand to complete its recovery, through the
full repayment of debts.
The Comer Group continues to support and invest in Club Hotel Casino Loutraki as it believes in this business move, and is proceeding with the renovation and modernization of the company’s facilities (Casino and Hotel).
Luke Comer on the occasion of the payment of the advance payment and further defined installments stated: “With vision and consistency in our Group’s investment program we firmly believe in the development and prosperity of Club Hotel Casino Loutraki as well as in our further business activity in Greece.”.
