The governor of the state of New York announced on Wednesday (February 10) that major performance venues and stadiums hosting more than 10,000 people only could reopen – after about a year of closure – with a tonnage of 10% of the usual capacity of these rooms. But spectators will not go to these buildings without special measures; a negative PCR test dating back less than 72 hours, a temperature measurement, wearing a mask, and compliance with the rules of distance will be required.
From February 23, the Barclays Center and the famous Madison Square Garden will reopen; their reopening will allow the Nets and Knicks teams to welcome the public during their matches.

This is not the first time in the United States that large venues have welcomed spectators. On January 9, New York State authorized the Buffalo Bills club to accommodate 6,700 people in order to test the process; and it was only during the legendary Super Bowl in Florida that 25,000 spectators turned out. Soon reopening of certain places in France?
