Reopening of restaurants: how are our European neighbors doing?

French restaurants are slowly but surely approaching a reopening. Among our European neighbors, the situation varies from country to country.

In Spain, the reopening is done in successive phases, with more and more permissions. In Germany, the rules vary from region to region, including a ban on buffets in Berlin.

In Italy, the tracking rule is the rule: customers must declare themselves by reserving at the restaurant, and the register is kept for 14 days.
