Can cinemas, museums and theaters reopen in mid-May and under what conditions?
The co-director of the Ciné Center in Dreux (nine screens), Laurent Brunet, confides in being in the dark, “while showing optimism. We feel a desire to reopen cultural venues by the end of spring, end of May-during June ”.
