Many are considering the rent
– As long as there are no more rental properties on the market, rental prices will continue to rise. Fewer housing construction and stricter taxation mean fewer rental properties on the market, says Vibecke CEO Lyse Augdal in Utleiemegleren.
Several people who can’t sell their home are now considering renting it out, according to Augdal.
– It will be exciting to see development move forward and how it looks on total supply in the rental market, he says.
