Time of delivery and fitting (10%) of the clothes as from the notification of the market.
Quality of the service (10%) judged with regard to the technical brief, in particular on the following elements: method of collection, delivery, washing, repair of clothes, etc.
Respect for the environment (10%) assessed with regard to the technical brief and the following sub-criteria:
– quality of the company’s policy in terms of respect for the environment (5%) with regard to the following elements: reduction in water and detergent consumption, wastewater discharges, energy performance.
– ecological quality of products used to wash clothes (5%)
