PT Jakarta Propertindo (JakPro) stated the rental price Susun Bayam village near Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) in accordance with Governor’s Regulation No. 55 of 2018. JakPro says the highest rate for the apartment is IDR 765 thousand per month.
“Last Friday, we notified residents about rental rates under the governor’s regulation,” he said Corporate Secretary Vice President PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) Syachrial Syarief told reporters, on Monday (28/11/2022).
Rates Susun Bayam village This is included in the category scheduled with the tower building type with the highest rate of IDR 765 thousand per month. Syachrial said some of the potential occupants have accepted the tariff.
“Yes, +/- 765 thousand. Some accept, others are still thinking about it,” he said.
Syachrial went on to say that residents who receive tariffs and sign contracts can immediately settle in Kampung Susun Bayam.
“The administrative process is signing the contract. Immediately after signing the contract, residents can enter Kampung Susun Bayam,” he said.
DKI Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Area Service chief Sarjoko earlier said that till now the management of Kampung Susun Bayam (KSB) has not been shifted from Jakpro to DKI Jakarta provincial government. He asked JakPro, as designated manager of JIS area, to determine the rental rates for Kampung Susun Bayam accommodation.
“The management has not changed (at the DKI provincial government). Even if they want to use Pergub 55, do it,” Sarjoko told Jakarta City Hall on Monday (11/28).
So far the residents and Jakpro have not agreed on rental rates for housing in Kampung Bayam. Then residents who were promised to occupy housing Susun Bayam village I haven’t received the key yet.
