Authorities are investigating the strange death of renowned lawyer Rafael Alberto Gutiérrez, a relative of Congresswoman Juana Carolina Londoño Jaramillo from the department of Caldas.
Gutiérrez’s lifeless body was found in a wooded area of the Bosconia neighborhood in Manizales along with another citizen, who was immediately transferred to a hospital.
According to the Metropolitan Police of the capital, the staff of the National Model of Community Surveillance by Quadrants found both men with no apparent signs of violence on their bodies.
The technical inspection of the corpse by the Criminal Investigation Section confirmed the death of Gutiérrez.
