And how much could they come up with exactly? “Of the transactions implemented, the last two are worth mentioning. They are in both cases sales of shares. The first is the sale of a 4/5 share in an apartment with an area of less than 120 m2, which was sold for 19 million. The second and more interesting is the sale of a 5/6 share for a small house in the amount of CZK 38 million. It is therefore beyond dispute that the current market price of even a small house reaches tens of millions of crowns,” said real estate expert Ondřej Černovický for Blesk.
