A considerable bonus beckons for René Hake, says Hans Kraay Junior. According to the analyst, the coach of Go Ahead Eagles can add 1.25 million euros if he qualifies for the play-offs with the Deventers.

Hake will be at the table at Goedemorgen Eredivisie on Sunday morning, as will regular guest Kraay junior. The latter confronts Go Ahead’s success trainer with his possible financial boost. “René will receive 1.25 million into his bank account if he qualifies for the play-offs, right?” asks the analyst and presenter.
Hake neither denies nor confirms Kraay’s statement, who then asks what ‘the secret’ is of Go Ahead, which is currently seventh in the Eredivisie. “There really isn’t a secret, I don’t think,” he says. “It’s mainly about the way we work together. This applies throughout the club. There is a great click between the staff and the playing group. It gives a lot of dynamism and energy to work with each other, which also leads to good results. Those are things that come together.”

Go Ahead is now in somewhat poorer shape. The last two matches, including the visit to Heracles Almelo last Friday, were lost.
