Renault has announced plans to sell its shares in Daimler at 1.54%. The French company will sell all 16,448,378 shares it owns, and the funds will be used to improve the financial situation of Renault at the moment.
Although Renault is giving up its assets, the cooperation between the two companies will not be affected. It will be recalled that the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance exchanges a lot of technology and even entire models with Mercedes, such as the X-Klasse pickup, which was a rebranded Nissan Navara.
Another model that will soon appear on the market is the new Mercedes Citan. In fact, we will see the recently updated Renault Kangoo, but with a three-spoke emblem. The Citan is expected to be completely identical to the Kangoo and come with the same specifications.
