Renault cars, so popular in Russia, are returning to the market again. As it became known, the French brand will start supplying cars and spare parts to China, from where they will be imported into our country under the parallel import scheme. This is reported by the publication “Behind the wheel”. This will provide Russians with the opportunity to purchase not only cars, but also high-quality consumables and spare parts. At the moment, there is no brand dealer network in China, since Renault has been absent from the Chinese market for 3 years. Korean-assembled Koleos crossovers will be delivered to China, which will also become available in Russia.
The development of the dealer network in China will be the responsibility of the recently established company Garage, which, in turn, is a partner of the Korean division of Renault. There will be other models in the available lineup, including the Talisman sedan. Recall that officially the Renault brand finally left the Russian market in 2022, transferring assets to the state. At the same time, the production of Renault cars at the Moscow and Togliatti plants was discontinued.
