Renault presented at the Paris Motor Show an SUV concept called the 4ever Trophy which also draws inspiration from the design of the Renault 4 models of the past. The Trophy 4ever gives an idea of what the B-class electric SUV that the French will launch in 2025 will look like.

The car will enter a market where the most important models are the Opel Mokka-e, the Peugeot e-2008 and the Hyundai Kona Electric, the latter with excellent sales.
The Renault 4ever Trophy is 4.16 meters long, 9 cm shorter than one of Renault’s best-selling SUVs, the Captur model.
Full-electric SUVs represent a segment where sales are expected to rise sharply, and the big stake is to launch cheaper models that cost less than € 25,000 before the state subsidies apply.
The 4ever Trophy also has some retro design elements, drawing inspiration from the Renault 4 models that sold millions between the 1960s and early 1990s.
As in the case of the Renault 5, another retro model revisited in a modern key, the French brand focuses on the public’s desire to have a modern car, but out of the ordinary, thanks to the retro design elements.
In the production version, the car will have a 42 kWh battery and a 100 kW engine.
What Renault says about the new concept
“4EVER Trophy, an icon renewed to become a segment B electric SUV
Thirty years after the cessation of production, Renault is presenting a modern and electric interpretation of its iconic Renault 4 at the Paris Motor Show 2022: the 4EVER Trophy. This light adventurous show car celebrates the 25th anniversary of the 4L Trophy Humanitarian Rally. It foreshadows a future 100% electric SUV in segment B, which will be marketed in 2025 and produced in France at the Maubeuge Manufacture within the ElectriCity cluster ”.
The car will be produced in Mauberge (France), in the industrial hub dedicated to electric cars.
